Lockton Sweden appoints CEO
In May 2025, Lockton Sweden announced that Johan Lindvall joined as CEO. Johan brings 20 years of experience, and was previously CEO at Willis Towers Watson Sweden. Johan had managed Willis Towers Watson’s Affinity insurance technology operation, since 2013, and had also held roles at Aon and Protector Forsikring.
Johan takes up the CEO role three months after Patrick Rönnqvist joined Lockton Sweden as Head of Affinity. Lockton’s growing presence in Sweden is part of a broader strategy to meet the increasing demand for unencumbered client service across the Nordics. Lockton Sweden focuses on real estate, construction, cyber, professional indemnity, and marine. New solutions will be added later this year, including for Affinity and complex property & casualty.
