Costa Duarte is consistently recording double-digit organic growth. Over the last five years, Costa Duarte has both increased their headcount by 20% and raised organic revenue growth by 68%.

This expansion has been supported and fuelled by Costa Duarte taking an active commercial approach to attract new clients. This meant combining local commercial activity with referred business from our international partners.

We have also invested in digital modernisation to grow our business. This has included the development of insurance aggregators for motor, home, and health insurances, as well as, automating some activities.

To maintain usual levels of service, we have invested in digital modernisation to optimise operations and improve interaction with clients. This has been mainly achieved through our employee benefits web platform which has enhanced communication and management of health and life insurances. Similarly, we recently launched a new Motor Fleet platform.

To accommodate this strong growth, Costa Duarte has rented a new office in Lisbon, where the Employee Benefits and Claims teams could move in — increasing our working area by 30%. The new office is strategically placed close to our headquarters, enabling seamless collaboration between both spaces.
