Lockton India establishes Lockton Global Solutions team
India’s new Lockton Global Corporate Solutions (LGCS) team is led by Dhruti Muchhala, with support from Jaya Shukla, Prashant Phalke, and Kushal Surana. Together, they bring a unique blend of international and local expertise, delivering innovative and value-driven solutions to clients across India.
This year, Michael Lombardi and Michael Goudime visited India to support the establishment of LGCS. Their visit was instrumental in guiding the team through the full life cycle of managing globally referred clients, and embedding global service standards into our local operations.
Earlier in 2025, the CNA team also visited India to meet the LGCS team. Lockton and CNA have a strong global partnership that enhances their ability to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients worldwide. This collaboration leverages Lockton's extensive global network and CNA's expertise in underwriting and risk management.
Lockton India gains reinsurance license and opens new offices
Lockton India continues its expansion with the launch of four new branches in Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, and Pune.
The move strengthens our on-ground presence and enhances service accessibility for clients across the region. The Mumbai office, established last year, continues to serve as the headquarters of operations.
In another significant development, Lockton India has received the India Composite Reinsurance License — enabling us to offer both direct insurance broking and reinsurance services. Securing this license is a major step in our commitment to delivering comprehensive risk solutions in the Indian market.
These milestones come as Lockton India proudly completes one year of operations — a year marked by consistent progress, client-first solutions, and a growing team of dedicated professionals. With a solid foundation now in place, the company is poised for even greater impact in the years ahead.
