Let’s grow together
Each year, we ask our associates how our insurer partners are performing. Their feedback helps improve your service. Which means happier clients.
We want to strengthen our relationship with you. We want to align strategies, share aspirations – and build genuine partnerships with your people. We believe better relationships build better outcomes.
This report details the strengths of our working relationship with you, and what we feel you’re doing well. It also outlines where you’re not performing as well as your competitors, suggesting ways to improve in 2025 and beyond.
