Casualty ROW – They communicate well, and pricing is good.
Property NA – Great commercial attitude and flexibility.
Property ROW – CNAH provide flexibility in their capacity offering with large capacity from the Mining team.
Financial Institutions – Really good feedback across the team, around good commerciality, engagement, quick responses and helpful on new business.
Management Liabilities – Quick responses with access to key underwriters to negotiate.
National PI – CNAH are very aggressive in pursuing and supporting new business opportunities and are competitive in areas within appetite.
Marine Cargo – Glowing feedback with great breadth of appetite and responsiveness.
Areas for Improvement for CNAH?
Power & Renewables – Increase line size and capacity.
Upstream Energy – It would be good if CNAH could quote in a lead capacity in more instances.
Belfast – Areas for improvement included a need to improve turnaround times, increase visibility and broaden out appetite.
Birmingham & London Retail – CNAH should consider broadening their appetite.
Casualty ROW – Feedback was expressed around CNAH needing to be more available.
Property NA – Scope/communication of appetite and availability of underwriters.
Financial Institutions – Key points raised included greater senior level engagement for insight into overall strategy, greater capacity for risks in core appetite and improving response times (especially for declinatures).
Management Liabilities – Look to offer up larger lines and a wider risk type or domicile appetite.
National PI – CNAH should look to better communicate their appetite, promote themselves better and improve response times.
Marine Cargo – CNAH could be more competitive on pricing (especially on company side), be more responsive to client meeting requests, offer bigger line sizes to write more 100% risks and increase capacity limits (in particular stock).
