- Aviva being more pro-active around the development of their relationships would be good. There are numerous team changes across both Lockton and Aviva, and it is difficult to trade without personal knowledge.
- It would be good to have more underwriters in the PDBI team, as currently the team feels quite stretched which affects service levels.
