  • It would be good to see a change of underwriters and improved engagement with Bermuda (currently we use them in Bermuda significantly more than London).
  • They need to reply to phone calls and emails more, as well as carefully underwrite deals.
  • Their turnaround time on quotes, policy documents and replying to messages needs bettering.
