Lockton Mexico strengthens leadership in key areas
At Lockton Mexico, we believe success starts with exceptional people — visionary leaders with strong commitment and deep technical expertise. This year, three outstanding professionals joined our team to strengthen key areas of the organisation: Ada Luz Calderón, Francisco Troncoso, and Hugo Pérez. Each brings a remarkable track record, a fresh perspective, and a solid understanding of the market — qualities that are already translating into measurable results.

Ada Luz Calderón
Ada Luz Calderón, a renowned expert in the automotive insurance sector, assumed national leadership in the automotive business line — one of the cornerstones of our service offering. Her experience managing large fleets, negotiating with insurers, and designing retention strategies makes her a strategic ally for our clients. With a solutions-oriented mindset, a hands-on leadership style, and a strong focus on operational efficiency, Ada Luz brings renewed momentum to how we advise, manage, and evolve this business line.

Francisco Troncoso
In the Property division, we welcome Francisco Troncoso as National Director of Property. With over 25 years of experience designing complex programmes for industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure sectors, Francisco has led multidisciplinary teams and high-stakes projects across the country.
His leadership enhances our ability to serve high-profile national accounts with robust, technical, and compliant solutions.

Hugo Pérez
Meanwhile, Hugo Pérez joins Lockton Mexico as head of Specialties — strengthening our position in highly technical sectors such as hotels, energy, aviation, construction, financial institutions, and catastrophic risks. With 21 years of experience in the insurance sector, Hugo has worked closely with clients requiring customised solutions, designing personalised protection schemes based on a deep understanding of business models, operational risks, and international standards. His arrival reinforces our consulting-driven approach and positions us with a more robust value proposition in today's challenging market.
These appointments reflect our commitment to responsible growth driven by purposeful people. Ada Luz, Francisco, and Hugo join us at a pivotal moment in our firm’s evolution — marked by new challenges, new ways of doing business, and a clear vision of the future.
Collaborating across the LATAM region
Regional collaboration with a global vision is one of our greatest strengths. In such a dynamic and diverse work environment, the connections between our different offices are key to growth and innovation. Through various exchange and collaborative spaces, the People Solutions LATAM team has had the opportunity to share capabilities, learn from other geographies, and align strategies that consolidate our region as a fundamental pillar within the firm. These meetings have not only served to strengthen collaboration between countries, but also to create a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities LATAM faces, from both local and global perspectives.

During their visit to the region, the Lockton Dunning Benefits team held a strategic meeting with the LATAM team to gain a deeper understanding of our capabilities and exchange perspectives on key areas, such as actuarial consulting, analytics, and international strategies.
This meeting was much more than just an interaction; it became an open conversation and collaboration space, where we were able to highlight what our region has achieved and discuss how we can continue strengthening our capabilities. It was a valuable opportunity to delve into what makes LATAM unique within the firm and explore new ways to further enhance our value proposition more effectively. This exchange not only reinforced our commitment to excellence but also allowed us to define concrete strategies for continued growth and improving our services, always maintaining a global perspective while focusing on local needs.

In the Global Partners meeting, LATAM actively participated in an agenda focused on innovation, strategy, and collaboration. Key topics such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), ESG, Wellness, Analytics, and the evolution of flexible offices were discussed, with regional solutions like BeFlex and beMobile highlighted. Additionally, the progress of the HUB of Analytics and its role as technical support for local teams was presented, as well as the identification of new business opportunities, with the shared goal of reaching US$10 million in regional revenue. Throughout the session, several initiatives were proposed to strengthen understanding between markets, such as creating country-specific overviews, producing podcasts, and holding virtual sessions. These efforts aim not only to optimise internal collaboration, but also to create a solid foundation for the development of new solutions and regional capabilities.
A decade of impact and giving

On 28 September 2024, more than 2,500 participants came together in Chapultepec Forest, Mexico City to celebrate the 10th edition of the Lockton Race. Over the years, this event became much more than a 5K or 10K run — it grew into a space for collective action and community support.
How we utilise donations
In this special edition, the race aimed to raise funds for vulnerable children. The donations were directed to foundations focused on nutrition, education, and healthcare. The funds also allowed us to support over 30 families affected by emergencies and more than 100 associates going through difficult moments — including direct assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic with tests, medicines, and oxygen.
The Lockton Race was never just about running — it was about creating a measurable impact together. With each edition, we strengthened our purpose: turning every step into meaningful help for those who need it most.

Volunteer culture: 15 Years of ongoing commitment
Beyond the race, Lockton Mexico continued fostering a strong culture of volunteering through its corporate programme, created in 2010 under the philosophy Committed to Our Community. This programme was led by volunteer associates who carried out initiatives across three pillars:
- Social Lockton Mexico has organised drives to deliver toys, books, and school supplies to hospitalised children, especially around Three Kings Day. These efforts aimed to bring comfort and smiles to children in vulnerable conditions.
- Environment Lockton Mexico have held family reforestation events, where associates and their families planted and maintained trees. These actions contributed to ecological preservation while promoting shared responsibility for the planet.
- Community We actively responded to earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes, most recently helping families in Acapulco affected by Hurricane Otis, who had lost homes and jobs. Lockton Mexico also provided emergency support during the pandemic and promoted participation in cause-driven races and campaigns.
Over the past 15 years, Lockton Mexico donated more than US$310,000 to social and environmental causes. These sustained efforts earned us the ESR (Socially Responsible Company) distinction for 12 consecutive years, reflecting our genuine and ongoing commitment to human, environmental, and community well-being.
Lockton Mexico opens new offices in Monterrey and Guadalajara
At Lockton Mexico, we believe being close to our clients, Associates, and strategic partners is key to delivering effective, tailored solutions that drive real impact. That’s why, in 2024 and 2025, we completed the strategic renewal of two Mexican offices: Guadalajara and Monterrey — strengthening our presence in two of the country’s most dynamic economies.
In April 2024, we officially renewed our office in Guadalajara, a vibrant and innovative city with tremendous growth potential. Known as the “Mexican Silicon Valley,” Guadalajara is a hub for technology and services, where more and more organisations are seeking advanced insurance and benefits structures that match their talent. The excitement of our team and the support from the local community reminded us that growth is built on genuine connections and long-term commitment.

One year later, in April 2025, we celebrated the renovation of our office in Monterrey, widely recognized as the industrial powerhouse of northern Mexico. The location was no coincidence — this is where we support leading companies in manufacturing, energy, logistics, and construction, with a consultative approach that meets the complexity of their operations and the fast pace of the market. During the launch event, we welcomed clients, insurers, and partners with whom we’ve built strong relationships over time.
We understand that every region has its own challenges, but also significant opportunities that demand local presence, agility, and a deep connection with the market. Lockton Mexico currently has three offices in Mexico City, and six regional offices including the new facilities in Monterrey and Guadalajara. Lockton Mexico strengthens its national reach and regional integration for greater flexibility and more solutions designed from a genuine understanding of each client.
