Health & Community Services - Good capacity and appetite, long-term insurer who will 'stay' with clients/insureds, and are very keen and competitive at renewal to maintain/keep insured clients.

Health & Community Services – We have a great relationship with the BDM (Frank Hillerich). He is honestly amazing and takes ownership of anything we raise, which is rare now days. I've found most other BDMs will simply delegate to a claims department or the like.

Health & Community Services - Motor claims management has become more difficult recently. Previously they have been faultless in this department but recently experiencing some complaints from clients and having to jump back in on their behalf to resolve simple claims matters.
